Supported Housing
We have over 10 years’ experience in working with 16-25 year olds who find themselves in need of Supported Accommodation.
If you are single, 16-25 years old, and in need of support and accommodation then STREAMS SUPPORTED HOUSING could be your first move towards independent living.
Our flats are based in central Walsall (within easy walking distance of the town centre) and have their own bedroom, bathroom, lounge and kitchen area.
There is also a Communal Area where you can chill out, watch TV, play games and enjoy each others' company
On-site staff offer 24-hour cover and are available to assist with all your needs. Our residents stay at STREAMS SUPPORTED HOUSING until they are ready to move into independent living in permanent accommodation. Your stay may be anything from a couple of months to two years dependent upon your circumstances.
